After receipt of payment, we will send your order on its way. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 working days.

Deliveries to Great Britain, Ile of Man or Switzerland take 10-12 days in average.

All other deliveries within Europe, which are not EU members, take 8-10 days.

You will then receive a return slip. Put it in the package and stick the postal code on the outside.

If you don't want to wait until we receive the goods again, simply place a new order. Once we have received your goods, we will refund you the amount minus the shipping costs.

You will receive the return slip from us, but not a return slip, as we do not bear the costs of the return. We will refund the amount. After we have sent you the faultless goods and checked them, you will receive a credit note on your means of payment within 14 days.

We don’t want you to pay for the returns of other shoppers. If you didn’t pay for returns, we would have had to factor them in beforehand.

This way, these costs would be generalised and customers who do not return goods would have to pay part of the return costs. We think this is unfair.
